Please be advised that in accordance with our rental agreement, we require a minimum of one month’s notice prior to your intended date of vacating the space. This means that once you inform us of your intention to vacate, you will need to continue paying rent for the following month before fully vacating the space.
Yes, the deposit required for this will be the equivalent of the cost of one month’s rent.
Monday to Friday between 4:30am to 8pm,
